Patrick Hanraty heads Business Development for ICR. Mr. Hanraty is involved in all marketing and go-to-market activities, and leads ICR’s outreach with private equity and venture capital to identify opportunities and facilitate the appropriate introductions.
Mr. Hanraty has worked in corporate finance for more than thirty years, most recently as an Equity Capital Markets Advisor, where he sources transactions and advises issuers and financial sponsors in a broad range of industries. Mr. Hanraty has been involved with companies in many industries and across various exchanges.
He began his career writing Bill Seidman’s memoirs and then co-founding the first private-market commercial mortgage securitization firm with Mr. Seidman. Mr. Hanraty then assisted in launching Milestone Partners, a private equity firm now in its third decade. Previously, Mr. Hanraty led the Philadelphia office of Harris Williams, a subsidiary of PNC Financial Services, where he advised private companies, family offices and private equity firms.
Mr. Hanraty has been a leader, moderator and speaker at countless conferences; and has been interviewed on both radio and television. He has taught a variety of corporate finance classes at multiple universities, including Yale University, the University of Pennsylvania and Villanova University. Mr. Hanraty has also been published in a variety of financial periodicals, and has served on several private Boards.
Mr. Hanraty earned a B.A. from Yale University and lives in the Philadelphia-area with his family.
