Ryan serves as a Managing Director in the firm’s Technology Group where he is responsible for capital markets advisory and investor relations. He joins ICR having spent 20+ years in the technology sector, split evenly between covering technology stocks as a sell-side equities analyst and numerous roles in the IT supply chain. Ryan’s experience has forged a solid foundation across investor communications and messaging, supported by deep management relationships.

Prior to joining ICR, Ryan spent 4 years at Monness Crespi Hardt & Co., a boutique broker dealer where he focused his research primarily on the cybersecurity sector. Previously, he spent several years as a technology analyst at Wedbush Securities, where he worked on a team covering enterprise and service provider networking, as well as data center and infrastructure software. Earlier in his career, Ryan spent nearly a decade at Smith & Associates, the world’s largest independent distributor of semiconductors, in various Account Executive and Sales Management positions, where he developed domain expertise across the global supply chain.

Ryan holds an MS in Global Affairs from New York University and BA from the University of California, Berkeley.
