Steve joined ICR in 2012, and is a senior team leader within the team that focuses on Real Estate, REITs, Lodging & Leisure, Specialty Finance, as well as the emerging Fintech and Proptech sectors. His focus is on advising clients on comprehensive investor relations programs, and assisting companies with special projects such as perception studies, capital offerings, crisis communications, M&A, executive transitions, and ESG advisory.

Throughout a 35 year career, Steve has underwritten commercial real estate assets, led a real estate research team, and spent 15 years on Wall Street as a financial analyst and strategic advisor. As a sell-side analyst, Steve published research reports and analysis on markets, investment trends, investment performance, valuation, and companies results. He was cited in print publications and media, including: Wall Street Journal, CNNfn, CNBC, Real Estate Finance & Investment, Bloomberg, and Real Estate Portfolio, and was recognized in Wall Street Journal, Best on the Street and Forbes Best Analysts. Steve received a B.A. in Economics from the Trinity College, and an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
