Raj brings two decades of capital markets experience covering convertible and equity derivatives to ICR Capital. Raj advises boards and management teams on structuring and executing convertible debt transactions, convertible preferred and mandatory offerings, structured share repurchases, capped calls and call spreads, hedging and monetization strategies (including collars, variable prepaid forwards, margin loans, etc), and warrant management solutions. During his career at ICR, Barclays, and Lehman Brothers, Raj has works on more than 200 convertible and equity-derivatives transactions totaling $125bn+ of deal value.
Raj and his team’s goal is to ensure our clients receive thoughtful, custom-tailored advice, demystify the convertible process for issuers, and help companies achieve best-in-class deals easily and efficiently.
Born and raised in Bangladesh, Raj came to the United States 25 years ago. Raj spends his free time reading, traveling, following cricket, and staying active with his beloved wife and adorable “mini” goldendoodle.
