Abby Slagle

Abby leads the ICR Event Planning and Management team, overseeing the development and expansion of the firm’s events portfolio, including co-leading its flagship annual conference that attracts over 2,500 attendees. With over 17 years of experience in producing events, she has partnered with a diverse range of clients to deliver over 50 events annually and has been instrumental in adapting to virtual and hybrid event management, enhancing clients’ flexibility in a rapidly changing landscape.

Prior to joining ICR, Abby served as Assistant Vice President at Piper Sandler, where she managed a variety of programs, from intimate gatherings to large-scale sector-focused events, guiding each from inception to post-event analysis. Abby partners with clients as an extension of their team, ensuring every event aligns with their organizational goals and resonates with attendees. Leveraging her and her teams’ extensive experience, she provides expert guidance and meticulously attends to every detail, creating impactful events that truly reflect her clients’ visions, foster connections, and enhance community engagement.

In her free time, Abby enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, boating, skiing, and tackling home improvement projects.
