Her expertise spans SaaS, FinTech, MarTech, and Deep Tech, with expertise in AI and machine learning.

Before joining ICR, Asma held marketing leadership positions at leading tech companies. At Persado, she led a high-performance global team, achieving 40% year-over-year growth. She also contributed to Propel(x), a pioneering deep tech funding platform. As the founder and CEO of ModaMi, Asma pioneered a personalized eCommerce solution – one of the first of its kind. Earlier in her career, she played a crucial role in scaling Financial Engines to become the largest Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) in the U.S., contributing significantly to its successful IPO.
