Caldwell Bailey

Caldwell brings over 15 years of experience in all facets of the energy landscape to his investor relations work with ICR’s clients. Caldwell has consulted for a range of companies on regulatory, market intelligence and transactional due diligence. He also has experience leading in-house investor relations for a publicly traded oilfield services company based in Houston, TX. 

Caldwell works to advise and assist clients making the transition to being publicly traded, and to reinforce and support the investor relations program of the tenured publicly traded companies with which he works. He advises on all facets of the investor relations program, at all stages of a company’s lifecycle.

Caldwell is an avid open flame chef, and enjoys cooking for friends and family on any one of several grills and smokers.
