Caroline Corner, PhD

Caroline has worked with medical device, and diagnostics and tools companies for over 20 years. She spent 10 years as a senior equity research analyst covering the sector and participated in multiple IPOs and capital raises for small- to mid-cap companies. Prior to entering equity research, she held engineering and product development positions at Baxter Transfusion Therapies and Eli Lilly and Company. Caroline received her Ph.D. in Biological Engineering from Cornell University. 

Caroline runs a high-touch practice so her C-suite teams can focus on running their businesses without worrying about missing a step on the capital markets front. She and her team drive all aspects of investor and capital markets interactions, from shoring up investor-facing materials to brokering the right Wall Street introductions to ensure the best possible fundraising outcomes. 

She lives in San Francisco, California with her husband, two sons, one labrador, and three chickens. She is a passionate pediatric cancer advocate in her free time.
