Cory Ziskind

Cory Ziskind is a Partner at ICR and co-leads the firm’s Energy, Clean Tech and Industrials practice. In this role, he advises innovation-driven companies in energy, climate technology and advanced industrials to help shape their narratives, strengthen their brands and build meaningful awareness across key stakeholders, media and capital markets.

For more than 20 years, Cory has advised privately held and publicly traded companies in the U.S. and internationally. He develops and executes integrated communications strategies that include positioning and messaging, media relations, thought leadership, stakeholder engagement and executive visibility. He also counsels clients through high-stakes events such as crises, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and SPAC transactions.

Before joining ICR in 2012, Cory was National Public Relations Manager for Deloitte LLP’s Sustainability and Clean Tech practice, and also supported the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions, Governance & Risk Management and Tourism, Hospitality & Leisure groups. Earlier in his career, he led client accounts at Linhart Public Relations in Denver and began his professional journey in the corporate practice of Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide in New York City.

Cory graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Communication and an outside concentration in Industrial & Labor Relations. He was also a four-year member of the Cornell Big Red football team, earning three varsity letters and starting for two seasons.
