With over 25 years of combined buy-side and sell-side experience, Dawn brings a wealth of knowledge to our investor relations services within the consumer POD. As a former Senior Equity Analyst specializing in Consumer Discretionary, Staples and Digital Commerce sectors, she provided strategic recommendations on timing and investment strategies for a diverse range of funds, collectively managing billions in assets.
During her tenure at ICR, Dawn has demonstrated exceptional leadership by skillfully assembling and managing teams while guiding high-profile companies through SPAC and IPO processes, including BRCC, ACVA, SKIN, NRDY and PET.
Dawn’s expertise lies in creating shareholder value by advising companies on guidance and delivering effective communications with investors and the sell side.
In her free time, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family and watching her two children’s sports games.
