Garrett Edson

Garrett brings over 20 years of capital markets expertise to bear on behalf of clients in the insurance, insurtech, financial services, fintech and BDC sectors. He joined ICR in 2007 and has helped create and support investor relations programs for dozens of public financial services companies, as well as contributing his wealth of experience to assist in successful IPOs such as Ryan Specialty and Goosehead, M&A communications, executive transitions and shareholder activism. 

He plays a crucial role in helping clients position themselves to attain and maintain premium valuations by bringing a financial analyst’s eye and acumen to his counsel, which enables clients to be proactive in their strategic communications rather than being reactive to the Street.

When not working, Garrett enjoys being a travel soccer dad, hacking away on the golf course, trying to learn pickleball, and teaching his kids the joys and smooth sounds of yacht rock.
