Ivar Milligan
Chief Operating Officer, Healthcare
Ivar joined Consilium in 2013, initially advising clients and later supporting the running and growth of the business. From 2018-2020, he served as the Chief Executive of the David Nott Foundation, a UK charity delivering specialist training to surgeons in conflict and disaster areas worldwide. Prior to Consilium, Ivar served in the British Army for six years as an officer in the Scots Guards, deploying on operations to Afghanistan.
When not at work, Ivar can be found walking fast around the hills in SW Scotland, checking sheep and cattle, often with a small child in tow.
