Joseph Teklits

Joseph is a Managing Partner at ICR and co-leads its Consumer Group which works with more than 200 companies on an ongoing basis.  He also provides advice to high-profile, retail and multi-channel consumer brands ranging from lululemon to Walmart.  Joe’s 30 years of combined experience on Wall Street and at ICR has been focused on this industry, and today he lends his advice and judgment on public company strategy, capital markets transactions, and best practices around financial reporting and reputation management.

Joe spent 10 years as a senior equity analyst, and was a Managing Director at Wachovia Securities before joining ICR in 2006. While at ICR, he has helped to grow the business by 10-fold while advising numerous public and private companies, many of which have been retained for more than a decade. He has built ICR’s Consumer team into a highly-regarded practice that enjoys a leading share of the market today.
