She has consistently facilitated break through moments where individuals will let go of an old habit or limitation, gain new awareness, and build new confidence.

Joy is a vegetarian foodie, wine-lover, and travel junkie who loves exploring new places, experimenting with beauty products, dipping her toes in the ocean, and surrounding herself with family.
