Keil Decker

Keil brings more than 25 years of strategic financial, transaction, crisis communications counsel and programs for companies in all phases of the corporate lifecycle, from private to public, IPOs, SPACs, M&A transactions and special situations, as well as profile building and reputation management. Prior to ICR, he was Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) from IPO through the acquisition by CME Group, and held senior roles at BlackRock and Madison Square Garden in marketing and communications.  

Keil takes a holistic approach to client communications challenges by bringing his in-house and advisor experiences together, with the deep resources at ICR, to develop strategic programs that enhance client credibility and reputation, internally and externally. 

In his free time, Keil enjoys spending time with his family, three daughters who challenge him every day, and anything related to cycling.
