Kristina Woodhouse

Managing Director, Convertible & Equity Derivatives Advisory

Kristina is a Managing Director in ICR Capital’s Convertible & Equity Derivatives Advisory team. Kristina advises boards and management teams on capital structure strategies, including public and private debt, convertible securities, equity derivatives, share buybacks, and hedging and monetization transactions. Kristina brings over a decade of experience advising corporations across sectors, including Healthcare, Technology, Industrials, and Consumer / Retail.

Kristina joined ICR Capital from Matthews South, where she spent 5 years as the Head of Healthcare Origination, advising clients on multiple convertible, equity derivative, private debt, and share buyback transactions. Previously, Kristina spent 7 years at Barclays where she was a Vice President in the Equity Linked & Financing Solutions team and led the origination efforts across several sectors. In her career, Kristina has advised on and executed more than $100bn of deal value.

Kristina holds a M.S. and B.E. in Biochemical Engineering from Dartmouth College and a B.A. in Chemistry / Biochemistry from Colby College. Prior to a career in finance, Kristina studied drug development and antibiotic resistance, resulting in a paper focusing on finding a cure for MRSA. Kristina lives in New York City with her husband and daughter.
