Lee Pacchia

Lee is a seasoned multi-disciplinary consultant with over 15 years of experience advising companies in special situations. He has guided more than 100 companies through crises, turnarounds, restructurings, and bankruptcies, tackling financial, operational, and communication challenges head-on. Lee’s background includes 7 years as a journalist at Bloomberg LP, covering the restructuring space, and serving as a Law Clerk in the United States Bankruptcy Court. He is admitted to the bar in New York and New Jersey, holding a JD from New York Law School and a BA from Wesleyan University.
With decades of experience working with distressed organizations from various perspectives, Lee offers unique insights into resolving complex financial and operational challenges. He excels at integrating with management teams to provide strategic advice and leveraging media and stakeholder engagement tactics to achieve improved outcomes.
An active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, Lee serves on the Business Reorganization Committee and produces/hosts its podcast, Unordinary Course.
In his spare time, Lee enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends, often sharing his passion for Italian soccer, classic cinema, and the artistry of Kate Bush.
