As Chief Growth Officer, Lindsay drives ICR’s holistic growth strategy, defining and synchronizing the firm’s strategic vision, client intelligence, and go-to-market execution to ensure long-term sustainable growth. Under her leadership, ICR’s Growth Office unites functional and practice area leaders across the organization, equipping teams to innovate and deliver ahead of the pace of disruption.
Lindsay has spent two decades focused on multi-stakeholder outcomes for both public and private organizations. She has successfully counseled clients on navigating global and domestic communications and growth challenges across consumer goods, energy, financial services, medical, retail, utility, non-profit, and political sectors, including designing and applying research insights to power strategic decision making. Lindsay applies public affairs dexterity to enterprise challenges, focused on defining and understanding stakeholders, establishing strategic priorities, and driving competitive strength for the long term.
Prior to ICR, Lindsay led global practice and sector strategy and development at Edelman, shaping roughly two-thirds of the company’s global revenue. She began her career on Capitol Hill managing health policy for a member of Congressional leadership before moving into government affairs and then public opinion polling, messaging, and strategic communications with Luntz Global, now Storyline Strategies. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Richmond.
