Lyndon leads ESG, shareholder advisory and activist defense practice and provides clear, outcome-based solutions for companies facing challenging situations. As a former head of stewardship groups at BlackRock and Dimensional Fund Advisors, Lyndon understands institutional investors’ decision-making process and brings shareholder-driven impact to benefit his clients. 

Since joining ICR, he has provided innovative ESG and shareholder advisory solutions for companies like ConocoPhillips, Uber, Travelers Insurance, among others, and has advised his clients in some of the most contentious proxy battles and takeovers to a market-leading win rate.

In his off time, Lyndon tries to keep up on literature and listen to old-school records.
