Megan Kivlehan

Megan has been providing public relations services to companies across the commercial real estate industry – including REITs, private equity firms, developers, brokerages, lenders, venture capital firms, proptech companies, AEC firms and early-stage companies – for over 15 years.

Since joining ICR, she has become a core leader on the financial services, real estate and professional services team and co-leads the group’s real estate PR vertical. Megan has also successfully led media and internal communications strategies for dozens transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, and M&A deals. She has also been named an industry leader on Observer’s annual “PR Power List.”

Megan’s primary role is to develop and execute corporate positioning programs that help clients efficiently and effectively communicate their value propositions to key constituents. She does that by showing them how to translate their business objectives into salient and easy-to-understand narratives with clear, concise soundbites that can be leveraged consistently to drive awareness and understanding. 

In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to new destinations, and going to live music shows.
