Michael Vallie

Mike has been with ICR for nearly a decade, exclusively providing investor relations and capital markets advisory services to companies in the Medical Technology sector. His broad range of experience in the space includes working alongside both public and private companies in a variety of sub-sectors, with a focus on earlier-stage, high-growth businesses bringing novel solutions to market.  

Mike works alongside management teams to develop and execute investor relations programs in order to put companies in the best position possible to be appropriately rewarded for their financial performance and operational execution.  While each company’s situation is unique, Mike’s goal remains the same — help his clients consistently tell a simple, compelling story to the highest quality audiences on Wall Street. He accomplishes this through rigorous financial analysis, in-depth industry knowledge, a keen understanding of key areas of focus for both the buy and sell side, and the ability to leverage extensive Wall Street relationships. 

Mike lives in Bethesda, Maryland with his wife and two children. In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, shuttling between kids sporting events, playing soccer, and if time permits, playing golf.
