Mike Piccinino, CFA, IRC

Mike brings over 24 years of equity research and capital markets experience to his role as an IPO advisor and investor relations professional, more than half of which exclusively focused on advising private and public companies in the Medical Technology sector. Prior to joining ICR/Westwicke, Mike worked for more than nine years as an equity research analyst at T. Rowe Price in Baltimore, Maryland where he was involved in all facets of the buy-side investment process for companies across multiple sectors and market capitalization ranges.

Mike helps clients prepare for IPOs, develop and execute best-in-class, institutional investor focused, IR strategies and earn full/fair company valuations. Mike brings an equity research analyst/investor perspective to help companies tailor their ‘story’ to the investment community with specific emphasis on key investor focus-areas including addressable market opportunities, business strategy, competitive positioning, growth and profitability profile, among others.

Mike lives in Ellicott City, Maryland with his wife, Brandi, and daughters, Whitney and Charlotte. While most of his co-workers think he spends all-day, every-day immersed in his proprietary earnings models, in his free-time away from work he enjoys spending time with his family – especially if they are golfing and snowboarding!
