Rodny Nacier, CFA

Rodny brings over 20 years of capital markets expertise to clients in the industrials, building materials, distribution and construction industries. Since joining ICR in 2013, he has played a crucial role in helping dozens of companies position themselves to achieve premium valuations by offering holistic sell-side analyst perspective, which enables clients to be proactive in their strategic communications to Wall Street. Rodny ensures clients thrive in their investor engagements by facilitating cohesive messaging, providing real-time feedback, and delivering targeted coaching. His advisory experience spans high-impact corporate events, including IPOs, spins, digital transformations, M&A transactions, executive transitions and strategic realignments. Prior to his current role, Rodny was an equity research analyst at KeyBanc Capital Markets, Macquarie Capital and Credit Suisse. Rodny earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and is a CFA charter holder.  

Outside of ICR, Rodny enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.
