Steve Parish

Steve has spent his four decade career in the capital markets. After serving in senior leadership roles in equity capital markets at Bear Stearns, Steve has capitalized on his vast transaction experience

 to advise management teams, founders, and financial sponsors on the full spectrum of public equity monetizations, including IPOs, follow-on offerings and block trades. 

Throughout his career, Steve has lead or advised on the execution of over 1000 equity and equity linked offerings across all industry sectors. 

Steve is a passionate sports fan and is an active participant in sports including tennis and cycling.
