Tom Cook

Tom provides investor relations services to companies across the energy and industrials sectors. He has extensive experience developing and executing IR programs, with deep knowledge on IR strategy and messaging to protect & enhance valuation. 

Tom has led over 15+ go-public transactions including IPO and SPACs, and has a strong understanding of what is needed to stand up a new investor relations program to ensure a smooth transition to public company life. 

Outside of work, Tom enjoys boating, snowboarding and spending time with his family in Connecticut.
