A twenty-year veteran of ICR, Bill helped launch the Asia practice for the firm in 2006.  Since that time, he has advised over 100 listed companies on cross border capital market communications, institutional investor and analyst outreach, corporate governance and crisis management.  He has advised companies ranging in size from $50 million – $75 billion in market valuation, with client experience that includes Chunghwa Telecom, Razer, Tim Hortons China, Luckin Coffee & TDCX Inc., among many others.

Bill’s specialty is helping non-US companies transition from private to public company life culminating in successful listings on the Nasdaq/NYSE. As part of this effort, he advises on the US listing process and once listed, develops highly customized, strategic investor communication programs focused on maximizing valuation and lowering risk.

Bill takes great pleasure engaging in outdoor activities with his family including skiing, hiking and boating, inspiring his three kids to get into nature and off electronics.
