We are currently seeking a Senior Vice President with an expertise in Travel to join our growing team.
The Senior Vice President will work closely with management to pitch and win new business, oversee and manage accounts/account teams, and provide superior client counsel to some of the top hotels, resorts, tourism boards and travel companies in the world.
The ideal candidate is equal-parts creative mastermind and managerial expert, serving as client confidante, strategic counselor and team leader, overseeing the creation and execution of plans and campaigns to exceed client expectations and command results. This individual is also required to actively pursue and secure new business opportunities (and wins) while proactively and independently managing semi-remote teams. And having plenty of fun along the way.

We are a “hands-on” environment where senior team members oversee multiple accounts while also actively executing events, campaigns and big-picture ideas on behalf of clients. The right candidate must also be passionate about integrated communications, earned media, events, partnerships and collaborations  and excel in a team environment where management and junior staff work together to achieve outstanding results.


• Day-to-day client lead, serving as the senior most client contact on a daily basis and overseeing all aspects of the account to ensure success

• Develop strategic public relations plans, recommendations and programming

• Provide expert counsel to C-suite executives

• Oversee and manage accounts and account teams

• Drive team’s execution of plans and campaigns; manage work flow and hours to ensure efficiencies and effective output

• Influence public opinion and drive brand awareness while generating client confidence

• Facilitate teamwork and learning opportunities, reviewing materials, supervising reporting structures and regularly providing constructive feedback

• Lead for pursing and securing significant amounts of new business activity



• Minimum 10 years of relevant agency or consumer public relations experience, with strong working knowledge of evolving travel + tourism media and culture landscapes. Medium to large agency experience preferred, but not required.

• Experience in the travel and tourism industry required

• Experience leading a multi-discipline team and managing integrated communications and/or marketing plans required; experience serving as the lead contact for a client’s inter-agency team a plus

• Understanding of influencer marketing and the ability to collaborating seamlessly with influencer marketing and social media teams to amplify campaigns

• Experience creating partnerships and collaborations as well as negotiating ROI for clients

• Proven track record developing and securing new business

• Extensive  contacts within the travel and tourism sector—from media to potential partners to new business prospects—and the ability to connect with contacts to further team and client goals

• Experience in both working independently and mentoring/ coaching a team in a fast-pace, evolving environment

• Experience counseling public company C-suite executives

• Savvy, smart, efficient, fast-working, results-oriented leader with good intuition for problem solving and issues management.

• Superior written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up

• Ability to serve as a positive role model and mentor to others and drive a positive, collaborative work culture.

• B.S/B.A in public relations, marketing, journalism, communications or related field.
