Jared serves as a Senior Vice President in the Technology Group at ICR. Jared joins the firm with prior Wall Street experience in investment banking, investment management, and Big Four accounting.

After receiving his MBA, Jared was an investment banker at Piper Sandler where he focused on M&A, equity, and debt capital transactions in the FinTech sector. Specifically, Jared specialized in payments and processors, core bank technology, and mortgage technology. In addition to FinTech, Jared also had experience covering the bank depository and specialty finance space.

Prior to receiving his MBA, Jared was a Vice President at Cook Pine Capital, a multi-family office focused on investments in hedge funds. He began his career with KPMG in its Economic and Valuation Services Group.

Jared holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He is a board member of StreetWise Partners, a non-profit focused on career mentorship for low-income individuals.
