Marissa is a Senior Vice President in the FinTech and Payments group and previously worked in the Restaurants, Food and Beverage group. She has worked with many clients across a variety of subsectors, helping run investor relations programs, navigate the capital markets , managing narratives to stakeholders and advising management teams.

Marissa has worked on the successful communication and execution of many IPOs and SPAC transactions (both in the fintech and restaurants sectors). She also has experience advising clients on M&A and strategic equity announcements, executive transitions, analyst days, activist investors and other special situations.
