Matt joined ICR in 2016 to head up the Information Technology department.  Matt brings over 20 years of IT experience with a background in IT infrastructure, support and management of IT teams. Prior to joining ICR, Matt worked at Progenics Pharmaceuticals for over 14 years. At Progenics, Matt ensured IT compliance with government regulations including Sarbanes-Oxley and FDA’s 21 CFR Part 11. He oversaw the design of the IT infrastructure from the ground up to support the growth of the company and implemented numerous systems in accordance with business requirements. He led many critical projects including IT Enterprise Risk Management and an internal security assessment.

Matt has obtained several industry certifications including ISC² Certified Information Systems Security Professional, CompTIA Security Plus, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Allegheny College.
