Brett Milotte

Senior Vice President

Brett Milotte is a Senior Vice President at ICR responsible for sourcing, leading and executing Investor Relations and Strategic Advisory services for public and pre-public companies within the firm’s Global Media, Sports & Entertainment vertical.

Brett has extensive experience advising clients in the media, entertainment, leisure, branded consumer products and culinary industries. He has completed multiple billions of dollars in aggregate transaction value through Initial Public Offerings, SPACs, buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, capital raising assignments and financial restructurings. He has also assisted companies with their business development, operational initiatives and strategic communications.

Prior to joining ICR in 2021, Brett served as an investment banker at Barron International Group where he advised on notable assignments including Ambassador Theatre Group’s acquisition of the Nederlander Theatre Portfolio, the divestiture of the Martha Stewart Brand from Sequential Brands Group, a major U.S. pension fund’s investment in Concord Music, Concord Music’s acquisition of Imagem Music Group (Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP) and the sale of the “Judge Judy” Library to CBS Corporation. He also provided strategic advisory services to a range of celebrity clients, including composer Andrew Lloyd Webber, Chef Wolfgang Puck, Chef José Andrés and entertainer David Blaine.

Brett graduated from New York University with a B.A. in Political Science and holds Series 79 and Series 63 FINRA licenses.
