Judy Lee

Judy is an award-winning communications strategist who has built and activated programs that drive visibility, earn consumers’ and stakeholders’ attention, and drive results that achieve KPIs and deliver against business objectives. A strategic counselor to brands and organizations, she brings more than 15 years of experience in corporate reputation, consumer marketing and public affairs – with an expertise in media relations. Judy specializes in developing integrated communications strategies involving narrative development, media relations, social media, executive positioning and brand collaborations.

Throughout her career Judy has worked across a multitude of industries including technology, retail, consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, fashion, beauty, travel and tourism, economic development, real estate, government relations and education. She has advised and worked with a myriad of brands including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Mattel, Designer Brands, United Airlines and Expedia. With a unique perspective on the intersection of corporate and consumer PR, Judy brings strategic insights, data-driven thinking, journalistic curiosity, pointed execution and tireless passion to every opportunity.

Prior to joining ICR, Judy held leadership roles at communications agencies, including serving as vice president of media relations at dentsu’s flagship PR agency Mitchell, and as vice president at Development Counsellors International, a place marketing agency. Judy graduated from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
