Lyn Walther joined ICR in 2021 after a spending over 20 years on Wall Street. Most recently, she led all aspects of communications for a buy-side equity fund. Previously, Lyn was Divisional Vice President of Investor Relations at Coldwater Creek. Prior to this, Lyn also spent over 13 years as a sell-side equity research analyst at Wells Fargo covering various sectors including specialty retail, apparel, personal care, hardlines, and leisure.

Lyn brings a unique combination of experience to ICR having worked in-house leading the investor relations function, as well as on both the buy and sell-side. She gained significant capital markets experience having worked on several high-profile IPO’s including JCrew, lululemon, Ulta Beauty, and Under Armour as a research analyst.

Lyn received an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. Lyn is a CFA charterholder.
