Michelle has over a decade of experience in capital markets and strategic communications with a focus on the consumer sector. She works alongside her clients to develop investor relations strategies that address current earnings performance, near-term goals, and long-term strategic plans. Additionally, she ensures her clients messaging is clearly communicated to all stakeholders, including investors and sell-side analysts.

Michelle has worked with companies in all stages of the corporate life cycle, including pre and post IPO. Her experience encompasses IPOs, capital raises, M&A deals, SPACs, go-private transactions, investor days, shareholder activism, bankruptcy, and management transitions.

Prior to joining ICR in 2013, Michelle worked as a revenue analyst at Bloomberg, LP. Additionally, she worked in the Financial Planning and Analysis group at Showtime Network and as an Audit Associate at KPMG, LP in the Real Estate practice.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance (magna cum laude) from Marist College. She currently lives on Long Island with her husband and two daughters.
